Request Form for Lost or Missing Items

Use this form to ask us to look for books or periodicals that you can't find on the shelf in the Business Library. We will search for them and get back to you as soon as possible.

Before you submit your request, please double-check the following:

1. Check the Libraries' Catalog to make sure that the item has a Business Library location. (A request for an item missing from another location should be referred to that library's circulation desk.)

2. Check the Libraries' Catalog to make sure that the item isn't charged out to another patron. If it is not on the shelf because it is already charged out, you can place a hold or recall on it. See our instructions page for more information.
