Services for Library Users with Disabilities
ENTRANCEThe Stadium Drive entrance to the Bruno Business Library has ramps on both sides of the steps and automatic doors. Specially designated parking spaces are located across the street from the library, and there is a curb cut at the crosswalk. The quadrangle side entrance to the library is at ground level and has automatic doors. It is accessible from the designated parking spaces on Colonial Drive.
ELEVATORAll three floors (ground, first, and second) are accessible by elevator. Elevator controls are at wheelchair level and have braille indicators. Special assistance may be obtained at the Circulation Desk.
TELEPHONEA courtesy telephone is located on the ground floor at the entrance.
RESTROOMSRestrooms on all floors are wheelchair accessible.
REFERENCE AND RESEARCHLibrary staff in the reference area on the first floor will provide assistance with print, electronic, and microform sources. Persons requiring extensive research assistance are advised to call 348-1080 to make advance arrangements.

Circulation desks are located on the ground floor and on the first floor. Assistance with charging or returning materials is available at both locations. For extensive assistance, library users should make arrangements in advance by calling 348-1080.
MICROFORMSAssistance with microform equipment and materials is available at the circulation desk on the first floor.
PHOTOCOPYAssistance with photocopying is available at the ground floor circulation desk. The copy center is located on the ground floor, and there are two copy machines on the first floor.
RESERVEReserve materials are available at the ground floor circulation desk.
PAGINGAssistance with retrieving materials from the stacks is available from the staff at either of the two circulation desks.
ELECTRONIC RESOURCESWheelchair accessible computers for searching the Libraries' Catalog and other electronic library resources are available on all three floors of the library.
ADAPTIVE EQUIPMENTAdaptive equipment for blind, visually impaired and learning disabled users is normally available in the Adaptive Technologies Lab on the ground floor. Currently all adaptive hardware and software is being updated and only a Chroma Plus with enlargement capabilities is available in the Bruno Lab. There are also other sites on campus that have adaptive equipment available.
